Unpredictable Yet Hopeful

Allow me to re-introduce myself as the founder of Come With G Blog, especially for those who are new to this space – small in number of followers but quite steady.

My name is Glenda and I currently live on the beautiful island 🏝 of Bermuda 🇧🇲 – 32.3078° N, 64.7505° W

Pre-pandemic I worked mostly to travel.

One of the good unintended consequences of the pandemic is that I became a tourist where I lived. and with a group of consistent “weekend warriors”, almost every weekend, we sought out new places and things to do on the island.

In July of 2021, I took my first “pandemic trip” and since then I have traveled to the United Kingdom 🇬🇧, Georgia 🇬🇪, the United States 🇺🇸, Dominican Republic 🇩🇴 and I joyfully welcomed the New Year 2022, in Panama 🇵🇦.

Thank you for the interest shown in the Blog and I look forward to you staying with me throughout 2022.

What about you – have you traveled since the pandemic? If so, what has changed for you? I find so much has changed and irreversibly so, but that’s another topic for another time.

I take the opportunity to wish you peace, stability, good health and happiness, lots of family love, great friendships and all the good things you wish for yourself in 2022.

  1. “I became a tourist where I lived”. This was such a brilliant idea – staycations during the pandemic, when travel abroad was not possible. I wish I had done some more of that as it surely would have alleviated some of the pandemic blues. I did get to “travel” with you though. Your photos are lovely. Looking forward to what comes next after Panama. All the best for 2022..
